Created for the better?
The Devil Wears Prada was sued for remaking Big Tymer's 'Still Fly.' DWP did not get the permission to perform the song live as one of their own. The Devil Wears Prada decided to play the ' Still Fly' song at Warped Tour during the summer of 2008. When Big TymerS found out about the song, they decided to sue DWP. The band did not get into a defying debt because they make decent money being in the music industry. I believe it was a bit rediculous for Big Tymers' to sue DWP. The Devil wears Prada gave credit to Big Tymers each time they would play the song. Later on during Warped Tour, DWP still continued to play the song because they said they didn't give a fuck what happened. I believe the song is extremely badass because the song is so boss. Big Tymers need to get over themselves, nobody cares about them anymore, and since DWP gave credit to the original artist, i think it's only fair to allow them to touch up the song for a different group of listeners. Big Tymers should be glad they get more interest in their lyrics, even though DWP had to remake the song for it to happen.
